Do my guests need an app?
No. They scan the code and your page opens in their phone's browser. Nothing to download, no account to create.
Does it work on a slow connection?
Yes — pages are built to open fast on 3G, even before a guest has much data. That's the whole point.
How do guests pay?
Guests can pay online by mobile money or card where it's switched on for your venue. Zyba collects the payment and pays it out to you on an agreed schedule, less processing fees. Where it isn't yet, guests settle at the counter as normal — cash or mobile money — and you keep your existing till.
What does it cost to start?
Free to try. A first module starts from K99/month, and you only pay for what you switch on — add more and each one is priced on its own, usually for less.
